This unexpected success made makers to opt for its sequel, Maa Oori Polimera 2, and was released in theatres last year. The film turned out to be a sensational success. The film stars Satyam Rajesh, Deviyani Sharma, and Getup Srinu in the lead roles.

Now, once again the film made into the news. Maa Oori Polimera 2 has officially been selected at the 14th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival 2024, which is scheduled to happen in New Delhi, India, on April 30, 2024. The film's compelling narrative has garnered significant acclaim, resonating strongly with audiences in both traditional cinemas and on digital platforms.

The film boasts an ensemble cast, including Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Getup Srinu, Baladitya, Chitram Seenu, Ravi Varma, Rakendu Mouli, and Sahiti Dasari, contributing to the depth of this thrilling experience.
