Mythri Movie Makers Reached Amicable Solution With Dil Raju

Sankranthi season is the biggest when it comes to movie business in Telugu states. Every film unless with disaster content finds highest number of audiences and collections. This is the main reason why stars and producers aim for a Sankranthi release. This year too multiple films tried to capture the festive season. Initially, everyone thought Guntur Kaaram will sweep collections and other films including HanuMan will take advantage and register good numbers. But unexpectedly Hanu-Man emerged as winner even surpassing Mahesh, Trivikram's film.

But, the issue of theatres became more popular than the movies this Sankranthi. Dil Raju has distributed Guntur Kaaram in Nizam while Mythri Movie Makers released HanuMan. As everyone knows that Dil Raju has strong hold of theatres in Nizam region, he allocated all single screens to Guntur Kaaram leaving a very little to HanuMan. This leads to dispute and even went to film chamber. There were instances even certain multiplex shows allocated to HanuMan gets cancelled and allocated to Guntur Kaaram.

But, this is not the issue between the teams of Guntur Kaaram and Hanuman but between Dil Raju and Mythri Movie Makers. It all started during last Sankranthi when Mythri produced Chiranjeevi's Waltair Veerayya and Nandamuri Balakrishna's Veera Simha Reddy. Until then, Dil Raju used to regularly release Mythri produced films. But, last year Dil Raju has his own film 'Vaarasudu' with Vijay which was also slated for Pongal. Dil Raju wanted Mythri to give him both Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy so that he could adjust all three films as per his wish.

Reports suggest terms didn't went well Between Dil Raju and Mythri which resulted in Mythri owing its own distribution shop in Nizam rivalling Dil Raju. Mythri released both their films and earned profits. Since then, cold war has been going on between the two industry bigwigs. This year when the clash is inevitable between Guntur Kaaram and HanuMan, all those issues came out in open and Dil Raju showed his might in capturing theatres and technically Mythri won the game as HanuMan emerged as huge Blockbuster.

Even though HanuMan turned out to be a winner, it is undeniable fact that due to lack of theatres it has lost a big chunk of share during festival days. Realising this both Mythri Movie Makers and Dil Raju came to an amicable solution so that they both need not face losses in future due to dispute. As per film nagar talk, both of them has burried their differences and decided to work together from here on. This leads to Dil Raju allocated his theatres to HanuMan from its second week.
