Kalaignar 100 event celebrated in style. The Tamil film industry recently orchestrated a grand celebration in honor of the centenary of Dr. M Karunanidhi. Renowned celebrities including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Nayanthara, and Roja graced the occasion, which was aptly titled Kalaignar 100.

The Kalaignar 100 event saw the presence of illustrious figures from the Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi film industries. Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, with his customary charm, extended greetings to everyone as he entered the venue. Suriya, another prominent actor, received a warm and enthusiastic welcome upon his arrival.

The event unfolded at the prestigious Guindy Race Course in Chennai, providing a fitting backdrop for the celebration. In addition to the film luminaries, notable sports and political personalities were also captured in attendance. Stars from the Telugu and Malayalam industries, including Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, and Mammootty, reportedly added to the glitter of the function.

Originally scheduled for December 24, 2023, the event faced a postponement due to the unfortunate Chennai floods. Despite the delay, the celebration lived up to its grandeur, paying tribute to the legacy of Dr. M Karunanidhi in a spectacular manner.
