Sathi Leelavathi movie Actoress Lavanya Tripathi looked good on the screen. She impresses with her expressive eyes. Dev Mohan looked fine and performed accordingly. Madonna Sebastian looked beautiful on the screen. Others like Naresh, VTV Ganesh, Sapthagiri, Motta Rajendran, Jaffer Sadiq, Tagubothu Ramesh, Joshi performed according to their roles.

Sathi Leelavathi story is penned by Tatineni Satya. He tried to entertain viewers with a comedy entertainer in the backdrop of young couple and troubles in their marriage. The entire first half is filled with hero and heroine divorce discussion and the aftermath and people coming to their house. There are many silly and illogical scenes in the film including the flashback. The second half is dragged to the core with the thief entry, kidnap episode and also the husband, wife emotions.

There are many scenes that lacked clarity and inbetween two twists come. The so called comedy featuring various actors like Motta Rajendran, Sapthagiri, VTV.Ganesh didnot generate any laughs and ended up irritating viewers.

Binendra Menon with his cinematography beautifed the film showing the visuals in an appealing manner. However, the same cannot be said about the music and background score tuned by Mickey J Meyer. Background music failed to make any impact and songs didnot register in the minds of anyone. Satish Surya's editing left a lot to be desired. He left many unnecessary and unwanted scenes in the film that tested the patience of the viewers. Dialogues of Udhay Pottipadu looked outdated and substandard. Dubbing turned out to be a huge minus. Production values are ok.

Altogether, Sathi Leelavathi turns out to be a torturous outing. Lavanya Tripathi worked hard for the project in a sincere and honest manner but Tatineni Satya came up with silly story and from there everything nosedived. Not only the dubbing but also the dialogues turned out to be worst. One cannot believe that Tatineni Satya who once came up with films like SMS and Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu came up with such story. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 1 rating for Sathi Leelavathi.
