Akhanda pre-release: Will Balakrishna blast AP government?

Natasimha Balakrishna's upcoming entertainer Akhanda directed by Boyapati Srinu is racing for a grand release on December 2nd. The makers are organizing a grand pre-release event today at Shilpa Kala Vedika, Hyderabad today evening at 6 PM. Tollywood Jakkana Rajamouli and Icon Star Allu Arjun will be attending the event as the chief guest.

People are wondering whether Balakrishna will blast the AP government over the theatres' ticket prices and online portal issues. It is known that the controversial GO of the AP Government reducing the ticket prices during Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab release snowballed into a huge controversy.

While many expected it as a one-off incident, The government went ahead with the online portal and reduction of ticket prices in the theatres, banning additional and benefit shows sounding a death knell. Earlier Pawan Kalyan spoke strongly against the AP government's decisions and despite repeated requests from the Tollywood celebrities nothing fructified. Former AP CM, opposition leader, TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu spoke against the ticketing issues and online portal a couple of days back. It is known that Balakrishna is the Hindupur MLA representing TDP.
