Acharya: One Doubt Cleared, Another Pending!

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film Acharya under the direction of Koratala Siva is fast progressing with its shoot, as makers are planning to release it for Dussehra, this year. Mega Power Star Ram Charan is producing the film in association with Niranjan Reddy. Meanwhile, one doubt regarding the film is cleared, while the other is still pending.

Although Trisha was almost finalized to play one of the leading ladies, the makers haven’t announced it officially triggering the speculations of heroine change. Nonetheless, it is coming out that, Trisha has signed the film officially and she will join the shoot most probably from second week. This will be her second opportunity to work with Chiru after Stalin.

However, the dilemma over actor to play the ‘crucial’ role continues. Initially, Ram Charan was considered for the role. But, due to his busy schedules with RRR, he asked the makers to look for other options, as he can’t immediately join the shoot.

Then, the reports of Mahesh Babu to play the role were surfaced. Of course, Mahesh Babu was approached. But, he is yet to make his decision on this. Now, it is unclear, whether they will give some other time for Mahesh or look for other options.

Mega fans suggest Allu Arjun’s name for the role, if he can adjust his call sheets or else they need to wait until Charan completes his work for RRR.
