Genex directors are surprising with their novel thinking and different genre films. Prashant Varma's Awe, Venkatesh Maha's C/O Kancherapalem, Tharun Bhaskar's Pelli Choopulu, Gowtham Tinnanuri's Jersey and Ritesh Rana's Mathu Vadalara are some of them which appealed to all sections.

Sudheer Varma though came up with creative stories, failed to reach the next level of stardom. He captured the imagination of all with Swamy Ra Ra which was regarded as the mater class but his next films Dochey, Keshava and Ranarangam failed at the box office.

Sudheer Varma is now planning to bounce back and is taking immense care regarding the story. As such he decided to remake a Korean blockbuster Hanjaa. The film got remade as Midnight Runners and attracted all. Sudheer Varma is planning to remake the same in Tollywood.

The film revolves around kidnappers who steal eggs of women from a fertility center. The film has two heroes and Sudheer Varma is changing it according to Tollywood sensitivities including the hero, heroine backdrop. The question is can Sudheer Varma knockout with a Korean remake.
