Why Tollywood Silent On Dhoni's Balidaan?

Cricket lovers across the country are gripped with World Cup fever and everyone is enjoying the matches going on in England-Wales which is hosting the tournament. Sports lovers are delighted with Men in Blue starting off with a win over South Africa and they are overjoyed when they saw Ms Dhoni wear Balidaan insignia on his gloves.

Everyone started praising Dhoni's patriotism and raved about how Lieutenant Colonel Dhoni underwent training with the elite Para Regiment four years ago to earn it and how he received Padma Bhushan award from the President wearing Army Outfit.

But much to the shock of all, ICC asked Dhoni to remove the Balidaan insignia from his gloves from the next matches citing political, religious or racial activities. This resulted in a huge controversy and almost all Bollywood celebrities, people from across the country supported Dhoni.

However, much to the shock of all, diehard cricket celebrities from Tollywood like Venkatesh didn’t speak a single word on the issue. It is known that Venkatesh, Mahesh Babu and his son Gautam will be watching India vs Australia match to be played tomorrow in England. Under these circumstances, the silence of Tollywood stars on the entire issue is shocking.
