Who Is At Fault: Muruga or Mahesh?

When making a high budgeted Telugu film with Telugu super star, why should AR Murugadoss concentrate more on catering to the tastes of Tamil audience? Was Spyder aimed at entertaining Telugu audience along with Tamil audience or was it the other way? 

Right from early morning shows on release day, majority of Mahesh Babu Fans in Telugu states openly showed off their resentment and were clearly dejected with the way AR Murugadoss handled their star.

As an actor, Mahesh is very much matured to have accepted a role that is devoid of heroism and looked inferior to that of antagonist SJ Suryah’s characterization. Murugadoss justifies saying, that’s what Spyder script demands... but that’s what not our Telugu audience demands, Mahesh Fans immediately retort. 

For Spyder script, definitely there is no necessity to have one of the biggest star heroes like Mahesh Babu as front face. As far as Mahesh’s interest to land in between Tamil audience with a safe project might have been fulfilled but Spyder spanned disappointment for Telugu audience. On whom should we find fault at…. Muruga or Mahesh?
