Ashok Babu Deviating Fundamental Rules?

When a Union Minister alleged the president of AP NGOs, Ashok Babu, to resign for his post and participate in Samaikyandhra movement, Ashok Babu ruled out his protest and said, " The politicians are elected by the people and there is responsibility for politicians to resign to their posts and fight for Samaikyandhra cause. However, we showed our talents in various entrance tests and serving for the government now."

However, those who heard the words of Ashok Babu, wonder with his self defense. " As and when they hold the responsibilities as government servants, they must be abided by the rules framed by the government and are not to be deviated under any circumstances. They have no right to go for strike as per fundamental rules( FR) and supreme court's orders. Moreover, they should not openly give any statements which encourage violence and damage of public properties. On these charges, they deserve for severe punishments under CCA rules," opined an observer.
