Bharateeyudu 2 Arriving On June 13

The much and long awaited exciting sequel, Bharateeyudu 2 / Indian 2 is getting closer to its release. Recently it was officially announced that Kamal Haasan, director Shankar's Indian 2 will release in theaters in June, 2024. Latest reports suggests that, it is likely that the film will hit the screens on June 13, 2024. 

It will be a Thursday release whereas the weekend is followed by a public holiday on Monday (Bakrid). As Prabhas's Kalki 2898 AD has been announced for June 27, makers of Bharateeyudu 2 decided that June 13 is the best date for the film as it has an extended weekend and also a two week gap from Kalki. 

A grand audio launch is being planned on May 16th at Nehru Stadium in Chennai. Indian 2's OTT Streaming rights are with Netflix. Music is being provided by Anirudh Ravichander and, Ravi Varman for cinematography. Lyca Productions along with Red Giant are bankrolling the project. 

Indian 2 comes with an ensemble casting of S. J. Suryah, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Brahmanandam, Zakir Hussain, Piyush Mishra, Guru Somasundaram, and many others.
