Kareena Kapoor To Pair With Yash For Toxic?

Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most celebrated actresses in Bollywood. She ruled Bollywood during her prime time as a star actress. Later she married Saif Ali Khan and became mother of two kids. She is now doing films selectively where most of them are female oriented flicks. Now, in an interesting update, Kareena is said to make her debut to South films after 23 years of her acting career. 

Rumours are abuzz that Kareena Kapoor is all set to play the lead in Rockstar Yash’s next film, titled ‘Toxic’. After reverberating success of KGF 1 & 2, Yash became a Pan India sensation and took his time to announce his next. He is currently doing 'Toxic' in national award winning director Geethu Mohan Das's direction.  

News is, the makers are very keen on Kareena, and they have started talks to sign her up for the film. So that her addition would made the project bigger and also cater to a larger audience. If things do work out with Kareena, then this will also mark her South debut and also her first opposite Yash. 

Toxic will be produced by KVN Productions. Yash went to London in September for the film's pre-production work. The film, directed by Geetu Mohandas, will release in theatres on April 10, 2025.
