TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday met Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray seeking his support to get "equal justice" for all regions of Andhra Pradesh.
During the interaction with Uddhav, Naidu apprised him about the defects in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill 2013 and expressed fears that it would cause injustice to the people of Seemandhra region. Speaking to media persons later, Uddhav announced that his party would not support the Bill in the Parliament as it was incomplete. He said that the Shiv Sena would support the move that could bring justice to the people of all the regions.
Naidu accused the Congress of having match-fixing with the TRS and YSRCP over the bifurcation issue and the ruling party was trying to gain political mileage out of the issue.
Naidu, who arrived here from New Delhi to meet Uddhav, returned to the national capital to mobilise more support against the Telangana Bill. He will against leave for Chennai to meet Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha.
