Former Congress minister Jc Diwakar Reddy on Monday stated that he would appeal to party In-Charge of Andhra Pradesh Affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad to clear the uncertainty prevailing over the separate Telangana statehood demand.

Mr Diwakar Reddy told media persons on the Assembly premises that he would meet Mr Azad during his two-day visit to solve organizational matters, and ask the High Command to clear the uncertainty by announcing a concrete decision on Telangana state formation. “The prevailing uncertainty is hampering the development of the state and the issue needs the immediate attention of the Centre,” the former minister said.
