BRS-Congress War of Words Intensifies Over Janwada Farmhouse Rave Party
The controversy surrounding the alleged rave party at the Janwada Farmhouse continues to escalate, fueling a war of words between BRS and Congress leaders.
Congress leader Shabbir Ali, who previously made sensational remarks about the arrest of Revanth Reddy saying plans were on to assassinate Revanth Reddy, has now launched a scathing attack on KTR, demanding a drug test.
Ali questioned KTR's claim that the party was a family gathering, demanding to know the details of the drugs, liquor, and individuals present at the farmhouse. He criticized the alleged lack of action taken against the party, emphasizing that even minor violations of excise laws should be prosecuted.
KTR, who initially denied any connection to the farmhouse, later admitted it was his friend's property. Ali, however, dismissed KTR's explanation, alleging that he was lying. Ali also accused KTR of accumulating wealth through questionable means, demanding a probe into his assets.
This latest development follows the arrest of Revanth Reddy, then an MP, for flying a drone over the Janwada Farmhouse and revealing the alleged party. Reddy was detained for 14 days and treated harshly, according to Ali. He alleges that this incident, along with the current accusations against KTR, demonstrates the BRS government's selective approach to justice and its attempts to silence political opponents.
The controversy surrounding the Janwada Farmhouse has become a political battleground, with each party accusing the other of hypocrisy and misconduct. The ongoing war of words raises serious concerns about the use of power and influence for political gain, while neglecting the potential for a fair and transparent investigation into the allegations.
