‘Ramayya Vastavayya’ is one film for which entire Andhra Pradesh is waiting. With festive season of Dasara already generating good moods in public, there are still three hurdles which can do the (un)expected damage for producer Dil Raju and his expectations. They are:
1. Seemandhra Agitation for United Andhra: Theatres might be forcibly shut down by protesters even though theatre owners are ready to screen the film. Police forces might be deployed at many cinema halls if at all local distributors and exhibitors approach them.
2. Phailin Cyclone: Coastal Andhra and some regions of Andhra Pradesh are under the danger of ruthless attack from Phailan Cyclone currently moving steady and might cross the coast between Kalingapatnam and Paradip by October 12 night. There are huge rainfalls expected in all the parts of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Power Cuts: As Electricity Board JAC of Seemandhra is on strike with Power Stations shut down, there are huge power cuts across the state. This might force many theatres to run only on Diesel generators, which is going to be a laborious and expensive task.
Let us wait and see; how far ‘Ramayya’ will cross all these adverse situations to come up with a winning flag tomorrow.
