Sree Vishnu Comrade Kalyan Three Days Worldwide Gross 15 Crores

Sree Vishnu’s period action drama Comrade Kalyan has reportedly crossed ₹15 crore in worldwide gross collections during its opening weekend. Released on October 9, the film has attracted audiences across domestic and overseas markets despite mixed critical reactions, giving the actor a much needed boost at the box office.
According to the reported figures, Comrade Kalyan collected ₹10 crore in tracked all-India gross, while domestic actuals are estimated at around ₹12+ crore. Overseas collections have crossed $200,000, taking the worldwide total beyond ₹15 crore.
Directed by Janakiram, the film entered theatres during the Dasara festive season, when holiday crowds can influence box office performance. While reviews have been mixed, its opening weekend numbers suggest that a section of moviegoers has responded positively. The extended holiday period could provide another opportunity for the film to attract audiences and improve its overall collections.
Comrade Kalyan could also prove important for Sree Vishnu after a challenging run following the success of Single. His recent films Mrithyunjay and Vishnu Vinyasam reportedly struggled commercially, making the latest film’s opening particularly significant. However, claims that it is close to breakeven status.
