Megastar Makes Key Remarks on AP Development
Megastar Chiranjeevi has expressed optimism about Andhra Pradesh’s development, observing visible changes in infrastructure and rural administration compared with the past. During his visit to Kapileswarapuram in East Godavari district on Sunday, he inaugurated a healthcare centre established jointly by GSL Hospital and Surya Charitable Trust, stressing the importance of accessible medical services.
Speaking about the state’s progress, Chiranjeevi pointed to improved roads and the changing position of local panchayats. He said development was happening gradually and expressed hope that continued progress would benefit people across Andhra Pradesh. He also acknowledged improvements in healthcare and urged the state to move forward while ensuring fairness and better opportunities for everyone.
The actor also spoke about cancer awareness, urging people not to wait until the disease reaches an advanced stage before seeking medical attention. He highlighted the importance of early detection and regular screening, particularly for breast and cervical cancer. Sharing his family’s approach to preventive health checks, he encouraged women to take their health seriously and undergo appropriate medical examinations.
Chiranjeevi thanked his fans for the affection that continues to motivate him to remain active in films. He also raised concerns about plastic pollution and encouraged environmentally conscious habits. The event was attended by GSL Medical College chairman Ganni Bhaskara Rao, Surya Charitable Trust founder GVB Chowdary, public representatives and other dignitaries.
