Hansika moves to Bombay High Court

Hot Beauty Hansika along with her mother Jyoti Motwani approached Bombay High Court to quash an FIR filed against them by Muskan Nancy James, a TV actor. The case is up for hearing on 3 July.

Muskan Nancy James, happens to be the sister in law of Hansika and she lodged a complaint against her husband Prashant Motwani, sister-in-law Hansika and mother-in-law Jyoti, citing cruelty, domestic violence, causing hurt and criminal intimidation under section 498 A.

Muskan and Prashanth parted ways in 2022 thus ending their marriage which happened in 2020. Hansika in her petition stated “The FIR appears to be a retaliatory measure aimed at pressuring the petitioner and her family into a financial settlement in the ongoing matrimonial dispute.”

Her counsel argued “The allegations against the petitioner are baseless, motivated, and arise out of domestic disputes that have been exaggerated to bring them under the purview of criminal prosecution.”
