Kajol look from Maa released with motion poster

Yesteryear actor, Kajol is starring in a film titled Maa. The film is directed by Vishal Furia and is releasing on various languages in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu on June 27.

The film also stars Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma and is presented by  Jio Studios and Devgn Films. The makers released the motion poster which ended with the caption Hell is here, so is the goddess. Battle begins."

The poster showed Kajol in a fierce avatar trying to protect her daughter from the supernatural elements. The makers described Maa as "Maa explores the timeless battle between good and evil, delivering spine-chilling suspense and intense drama."

Kajol shared the poster with the message  "Hell is here... so is the Goddess! Battle begins on 27th June 2025, in cinemas near you (sic)."

Apart from Maa, Kajol is also teaming with  Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran for Sarzameen.
