Salaar Releasing In Japan On July 5

Prabhas is a popular Indian hero in Japan with his humongous hit 'Baahubali' series. Those films became boxoffice successes and created a fanbase for Prabhas. They also celebrated Prabhas's Saaho in Japanese language. Now, Prabhas's 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' is gearing for a grand release in Japanese theatres in July. 

Going by the recent poster and release promo, 'Salaar' will release in Japan theatres on July 5. Hombale Films, the production house of 'KGF' and 'Salaar', reposted the Japan release poster and teaser on their official X page. Directed by Prashanth Neel, 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' was one of the highest-grossing films of 2023.

Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' is an action drama featuring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles. The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The film's second part is titled 'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam'.

The shooting for the second part is expected to commence this month. Shruti Haasan, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Bobby Simha, Devaraj, Brahmaji and John Vijay are part of the supporting cast. Cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, editor Ujwal Kulkarni and composer Ravi Basrur form the technical crew.
