Nayanthara Is No More Part Of Vignesh Shivan LIC

All is not going well for Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivn. Well, not in personal life. They are pretty much happy with their kids as a family. But, facing problems on their professional front. Vignesh Shivan, after his 2022 release, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, is making a comeback to the silver screen with LIC. The film’s puja ceremony took place in December, marking the beginning of its production phase.

LIC starring Pradeep Ranganathan, and Krithi Shetty as lead pair and Nayanthara in a pivotal role as the sister of Pradeep in the film. Jointly Produced by Seven Screen Studio and Vignesh Shivn's Rowdy Pictures, the film boasts music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Ravi Varman. The movie, abbreviated as Love Insurance Corporation, now faces legal challenges from the actual LIC (Life Insurance Corporation). 

Advocate Karthikei Balan, representing LIC, has issued a legal notice to the filmmakers, expressing concerns over the title’s similarity to the LIC trademark. The controversy has gained further attention amid reports of Nayanthara, stepping away from her role in the movie due to remuneration issues. This has put the film in doldrums as it is now surrounded with several issues. 

On the other hand, Nayanthara too facing issues for her last release 'Annapoorni' where certain sections lodged complaint over some scenes in the film. Nayanthara has issued an open apology putting an end to the controversy. Now, with uncertainty clouding over Vignesh' LIC, the couple is facing tough times professionally. Wish they will clear things out and bounce back strongly soon.
