Prabhas in and as Raja Saab. Prabhas has officially committed to his upcoming Telugu venture with director Maruthi, unveiling the film's title and first look poster on January 15, coinciding with Maha Sankranti. The digital cutout of the film was revealed today in Prabhas' hometown, Bhimavaram.
Titled The Raja Saab, the poster captures Prabhas in a laid-back demeanor, donning a lungi and shirt. Originally named "Raja Deluxe," the makers have now officially rebranded it as The Raja Saab. Directed by Maruthi and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory, the film stars Prabhas, Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar.
The musical composition is handled by S Thaman, and the film is slated for release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
On the professional front, Prabhas recently starred in "Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire," a blockbuster directed by Nag Ashwin, celebrating its success with a recent cast and crew party after grossing over Rs 700 crore at the box office. Looking ahead, Prabhas is gearing up for the release of "Kalki AD 2898," a mythological science fiction film directed by Nag Ashwin, featuring a star-studded cast including Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani.
The film is scheduled for release on May 9, 2024. Additionally, Prabhas has projects like "Spirit" with Sandeep Reddy Vanga and "Salaar Part 2 Shouryanga Parvam" with director Prashanth Neel in the pipeline.
