Katrina Kaif Says She Googled Vijay Sethupathi Age

Vijay Sethupathi who is one of the most loveable actors in South film fraternity has made his Bollywood debut with Shahrukh Khan's 'Jawan' in an antagonist role and impressed everyone. But, before than he made his Hindi debut with popular web series, 'Farzi' headlined by Shahid Kapoor. Now, Vijay Sethupathi is playing a lead role opposite Katrina Kaif in 'Merry Christmas' which is about to release in theatres.

The lead pair, Katrina and Vijay Sethupathi along with director Sriram Raghavan are taking part in promotional activities of the film. In one such program, Katrina shared that she recently realised that she still can’t decide if she should be addressing Vijay as ‘sir’ or not. Katrina said that she and her husband Vicky Kaushal even googled the actor’s age to decide how she should address him.

Vijay Sethupathi answered that his age is 44 and told her that anything will work. He said, " We actors generally call each other sir or brother, it’s mutual respect . You can call me Vijay, Hi Vijay, Hey Vijay. Anything will work.” Merry Christmas Trailer was recently revealed and heightened the anticipation among the movie enthusiasts with its quirky and twisted plot shown in the trailer.

'Merry Christmas' marks the first collaboration of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, who is known for highly praised and succesful films like 'Badlapur' and 'Andha Dhun'. The movie will release in Hindi and Tamil languages on January 12.
