Mansoor Ali Khan faces heat for inappropriate comments on Trisha

Senior actor Mansoor Ali Khan was recently seen in Thalapathy Vijay's ‘Leo,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with Trisha played the female lead. However, a video surfaced on social media featuring Mansoor making inappropriate comments about Trisha during an interview. Mansoor Ali Khan told that he was hoping for a bedroom scene with Trisha when he was cast as a villain in the movie.

Responding to his derogatory and sexist comments, Trisha responded strongly on her X (Twitter) account. She condemned his remarks as sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive, and in bad taste. She also told that she is glad that she didn't worked with him and will not share screen in the future as well.

Trisha wrote, “A recent video has come to my notice where Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile and disgusting manner.I strongly condemn this and find it sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive and in bad taste.He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind.”

Director of Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj broke his silence on Mansoor Ali Khan’s comment about Trisha. He extended his support to Trisha while slamming Mansoor for his comments. Lokesh writes, "“Disheartened and enraged to hear the misogynistic comments made by Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan, given that we all worked in the same team. Respect for women, fellow artists and professionals should be a non-negotiable in any industry and I absolutely condemn this behaviour,"
