Akhil Mishra passed away in Hyderabad. Renowned actor Akhil Mishra, celebrated for his memorable portrayal of librarian Dubey in the blockbuster film "3 Idiots," has passed away. The tragic incident occurred while his wife, actor Suzanne Bernert, was away in Hyderabad for a film shoot.

According to reports Akhil Mishra was in his kitchen when he accidentally slipped. His body has since been sent for a post-mortem examination. Suzanne received the devastating news and rushed back home, expressing her profound grief by saying, "My heart is broken; my other half is no more."

Akhil Mishra's illustrious career encompassed a wide array of films and television serials. Besides his iconic role in "3 Idiots," he left an indelible mark in movies such as "Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi," "Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain," "Mere Dost Picture Abhi Baki Hai," "Radio," "Blue Oranges," "Don," "Well Done Abba," "Gandhi My Father," "Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin," "Shikhar," "Calcutta Mail," "Kareeb," "Dhat Tere Ki," "Kamla Ki Maut," and "Hamari Shaadi," to name just a few.

Akhil Mishra and the accomplished German actor Suzanne Bernert tied the knot on February 3, 2009, and later reaffirmed their commitment in a traditional ceremony on September 30, 2011. Their professional collaboration included projects like "Kram" and "Mera Dil Dewaana." In 2019, they collaborated on a short film titled "Majnu ki Juliet," a project that Akhil not only starred in but also wrote and directed, showcasing his multifaceted talent.
