Jai Krishna, Raha Thadani's Srinivasa Mangapuram, directed by Ajay Bhupathi of RX 100 fame released on 30 July 2026. The film generated interest as it marks the debut of superstar Krishna's grandson, Ramesh Babu's son, and Mahesh Babu's nephew Jai Krishna, and Bollywood beauty Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani's entry into Tollywood. Srinivasa Mangapuram story revolves around two youngsters and how their lives change drastically when they fall in love. Srinu ( Jai Krishna) lands in Tirupathi and gets attracted towards a beautiful girl, Manga ( Rasha Thadani), daughter of influential person Peddi Reddy ( Kick Shyam).
Where this leads to, what roles Venkatappayya Naidu(Mohan Babu ), Balu ( Brahmaji), Swantra Babu ( Naresh), Vara (Vasuki), Lakshmipathi (Ajay), and others from the interesting part.
Srinivasa Mangapuram Artists Review
Jai Krishna on debut worked hard to show his talent. He made an impact with his screen presence. He looked charming, young, and exuberant and impressed with his innocent looks and dialogue delivery. He enacted stunts in a stylish and with effortless ease. He is ok on screen and should hone his expressions and emotions to reach the next level of stardom. Be it dialogues, expressions, mannerisms, dialogue delivery, body language, Jai krishna imitated his uncle Mahesh Babu.
Rasha Thadani looked good on screen on her Tollywood debut. She, however, came up with a singular expression. She expressed well in a few scenes. At times she looked gorgeous.
Mohan Babu added value with his screen presence. However, his character is not developed at all and it is a huge disappointment. Kick Shyam made an impact with his performance. Naresh and Brahmaji failed with their comedy that is cringe to the core. Ajay, Vasuki and others just passed through the motions.
Srinivasa Mangapuram Technicians Review
Srinivasa Mangapuram story is penned by Ajay Bhupathi. He tried to entertain viewers with an intense love story in the action backdrop. Right from the start till the finish, much to the shock to all he followed the same routine outdated formula which wouldn't have worked even two decades back.
The narration has the same commercial elements, hero introduction, hero-heroine romantic track, stunts and songs, etc. The first half is full of such scenes, and the narration goes on testing the patience of all with slow pace, predictable screenplay, and outdated story.
The hope of better second half nosedives completely with even more monotonous scenes. After a point of time, people look towards the exit door for respite. Even the entry of Mohan Babu doesn't improve the narration and add value to the proceedings.
The music tuned GV Prakash Kumar tuned offered nothing new. The songs just come and go like a template and do not add any value to the narration and story. Instead, they turned out to be speed brakers. The background score tuned by GV Prakash Kumar elevated few scenes.
Jayakrishna Gummadi with his Cinematography showed the Tirupati locations and proceedings in an appealing manner. He, with his camera angles, showed the scenes naturally.
The editing of Madhav Kumar Gullapalli left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. However, he couldn't be blamed because as had he been diligent, there wouldn't have been any film. Dialogues are routine and pretty ordinary. Production values are decent.

Altogether, Srinivasa Mangapuram is an outdated romantic action entertainer. Expectations increased over Jai Krishna's debut as he is the super Star Krishna's grandson. Many expected Ajay Bhupathi to come with a film that connects chords with the genex movie lovers. Jai Krishna put in sincere effort and his hard work is seen in the intense performance on the screen. But Ajay Bhupathi failed to do justice to the trust shown by Ajay Bhupathi. He disappointed everyone with the outdated story, patience testing screenplay and direction. Wonder how the project was given the green signal. No amount of tweaking the script would have changed the fortunes. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2.25 rating for Srinivasa Mangapuram.
