Isakapatnam (2026) Web Series: Artists Review
Aishwarya Rajesh showcases her acting talent in an intense role. She lived in the role, coming up with intense expressions and powerful screen presence. She showed variations in her role quite well, looking realistic in her Transformation.
Samuthirakhani is known for good performances but this time he looked a complete misfit in the role of a routine political leader. His dialogue delivery turned out to be a big minus.
Naresh Agasthya performed well but he looked subdued bringing down the intensity. Sudhakar Komakula impresses but his character is under developed. Raja Chembolu is good. Sunil's role is just ok.
Talented actors like Rohini, Mime Gopi, Ravi Varma, Rajeev Kanakala, and Benarjee nothing to rave about. Others performed scoring to their roles.
Isakapatnam (2026) Web Series: Technicians Review
Isakapatnam story is penned by Prashanth Ragathi and it is directed by BH. Garry. The story is simple and predictable with couple of interesting twists. Many such stories came where daughter takes on her politically powerful father. One is reminded of films like Chhatrapati and webseries Parampara.
He tried to be realistic ,showing the happenings in the steel plant but the entire political tussle and battle on the family turns out to be predictable. The narration despite all this is made interesting with few twists and turns unraveling them at the right time in all the episodes.
Though it raises curiosity among viewers, the missing emotional connectivity disappoints all.
The music of Praveen Lakkaraju is in sync with the story and Narration. As the story itself offers nothing new, it seems he didn't try hard to create something out of the box.
Vamsi Patchipulusu with his cinematography added value to the narration. He showed the happenings in the fictious town interestingly using the camera angle and colour grading.
But one gets a feeling that both the music and cinematography followed the known generic and standard pattern.
The editing of BH. Garry is good. He ensured that the narration is racy and pace doesn't dip drastically. Couple of dialogues of Taijuddin are good and thought provoking.
Production values are decent.

Isakapatnam (2026) Web Series: Rating Analysis
Altogether, Isakapatnam turns out to be a decent political thriller. Director BH.Garry did a decent job to the story that is highly routine except for few twists. Little fine tuning of the script, exciting screenplay, having strong emotions, powerful characterizations and suitable cast could have added more bite. The character arcs could have been more intense and inclusion of free more thrilling elements would have taken the series to another level. Action choreography could have been more intense. Considering all these elements Cinejosh goes with a 2.75 rating for Isakapatnam.
