Renowned lyricist Sirivennela Seetha Rama Sastry demise left entire Tollywood and movie lovers in tears. According to the latest, the makers of Shyam Singha Roy are coming with an emotional tribute to Sirivennela.
Sirivennela Seetha Rama Sastry penned his last song in the film and the makers will be releasing the song named Sirivennela soon. The song will be released on December 7th. The makers shared the video byte having an emotional message.
Director Rahul Sankartiyan said “Sirivennela called on November 3rd and told me that he couldn’t complete the song, as he was not feeling well. But we requested him to complete the song by himself. On very next day, he woke me up and it’s a Diwali. He told me to pen down the Pallavi of the song. I wrote the six lines on Mahabharata book and one line had his name Sirivennela. He laughed and told me that this might be his last song. Irony is that, his last rites were performed on the day it was recorded.”
Nani revealed , “Sirivennela is a very special song, because it’s the legend’s last song as a lyricist. He has also penned another song which will also be released soon. We dedicate our Shyam Singha Roy to Sirivennela garu.”
The promo of the song increased emotions. Anurag Kulkarni sang the song tuned by Mickey J Meyer. The film stars Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty and Madonna Sebastian as the female leads while Rahul Ravindran, Murali Sharma, Abhinav Gomatam, Jishu Sen Gupta, Leela Samson, Manish Wadwa, Barun Chanda are playing important roles. The film is releasing on December 24.
