Samantha gets a rare honor

Samantha is gaining importance across the nation in the film fraternity as she got the invitation from the organizers of IIFI to speak at the event. Samantha will be speaking at the event along with Manoj Bajpayee,director Aruna Raje, actor John Edathattil, and director Vivek Agnihotri. It is known that Samantha shot to fame following her power-packed performance in the Family Man 2 web series.

Samantha thus became the first south Indian actress to be invited to speak at the event. This is increasing the speculation that Samantha will soon make her Bollywood debut. Rumors have it that Tapsee is planning to launch her in a female-oriented project under his Outsiders production house while another rumor is the makers of Shah Rukh Khan-Atlee's project are planning to rope her as the female lead.

Samantha lined up couple of bilingual entertainers in Telugu and Tamil and is set to entertain movie lovers with her mythological flick Shakuntalam.
