Disney+Hotstar locks Akhanda

Natasimha Balakrishna's high-octane action entertainer Akhanda is the most awaited project in Tollywood. According to the latest, it is coming out that Akhanda's OTT rights have been acquired for a fancy sum. Inside talk is popular OTT Disney+ Hotstar bagged Akhanda's digital streaming rights post-theatrical release.

It is known that Disney+ Hotstar is planning to capture the South market and roped in Ram Charan as its brand ambassador. Right after that is managed to acquire the digital streaming rights of Akhanda. Balakrishna is playing a dual role in the film and is seen romancing Pragya Jaiswal under the direction of Boyapati Srinu.

The film stars Srikanth, Jagapathi Babu, Poorna in important roles with Thaman scoring the music.  Miryala Ravinder Reddy is producing the film under the banner of Dwaraka Creations in an extravagant manner. Expectations are high as Balakrishna and Boyapati earlier came with hits like Simha and Legend.
