Sharwanand Accepting Rejected Stories!

Hero Sharwanand has been failing to judge scripts of late. Moreover, he is accepting the scripts which were rejected by other actors. His last film Jaanu was initially offered to Nani who straightaway said no to Dil Raju who then approached Sharwanand. Believing Dil Raju’s judgement skills, Sharwa accepted to do the project which tanked at the box office.

Sharwanand recently appeared in a message oriented film Sreekaram. The makers at first approached Nani. However, the actor who felt the film may not work commercially refused to be part of it. Producers waited nearly six months for Sharwanand to listen to the story. Spellbound by the concept, he readily gave his nod.

Actually, Sreekaram is not a bad movie. Betterment in the script adding few more commercial ingredients and superior dealing of the script would have worked in favor of the film to get unanimous positive talk. Furthermore, poor promotions too killed the film’s chances at box office.

Sharwanand who invited biggies for pre-release and grand release functions, didn’t attend success celebrations which was attended by his heroine Priyanka Arul Mohan as well. Apparently, he concluded that nothing is going to help the film to give any competition to the latest sensation Jathi Ratnalu.

Curiously, Sharwanand was not the first choice for his next film Maha Samudram being directed by Ajay Bhupathi and co-starring Siddharth. Ravi Teja was approached for the film, but for some reasons he said no.

Venkatesh was supposed to do Sharwa’s other film Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu. But, the senior actor opted out, as he was not convinced with the script. Then, Sharwanand came on board.

The well-wishers of Sharwa advise him to stop accepting rejected stories. It’s nothing wrong in picking the stories rejected by others, but Sharwanand should make sure whether the stories have the potentiality and whether he can fit aptly in the characters.
