BAN Heroine No! Mahanati Yes for Mahesh!

It was Prince Mahesh Babu, who made Bollywod heroine Kiara Advani debuting to Tollywood with Bharat Ane Nenu. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu's new film Sarkaru Vaari Paata is expected to go on sets soon. 

The makers of SVP had tried to rope in Kiara in their project for the main heroine role. Kiara, however, is unable to adjust her dates and so had to turn down Mahesh Babu's film reluctantly. 

The latest we heard is that Mahanati actress Keerthy Suresh has signed the dotted lines. Keerthy, as we know, won the national best actress award for Mahanati. However, she is yet to score a hit with big projects as her previous big film Agnyathavasi turned a disaster at the box office. 

SVP will be directed by Geetha Govindam director Parasuram. Thaman will compose tunes. Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels and GMB Entertainments are jointly bankrolling the project.
