Tollywood witnessed many films released with huge expectations this year. However many of the star movies turned out to be disasters leaving all shell-shocked. Here is the list of disasters in 2019 which shocked and shook the industry.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Vinaya Vidheya Rama which released amidst huge expectations following Rangasthalam's sensation, turned out to be the biggest disaster. The film directed by Boyapati Srinu left the distributors in huge losses of around Rs 35 crores.

Natasimha Balakrishna drowned completely in disasters with NTR biopic Mahanayakudu and Kathanayakudu bombing at the box office. The films left with Rs 60crs losses and Balakrishna was trolled for bringing down the image of legendary actor NTR.

Akhil's Mr Majnu despite getting average talk turned out to be another disaster. Nagarjuna's Manmadhudu 2 turned out to be the biggest disaster in his career with the film failing to get even Rs 5crs share. Nagarjuna too faced criticism for his playboy role.

Vijay Devarakonda's Dear Comrade which released in all south Indian languages left the buyers in over Rs 15 crores. Nani's Gang Leader too turned out to be a disaster leaving the distributors in losses amounting to Rs 13crs.

Manchu Vishnu's Voter release was not even known to movie lovers and one need not to talk about how big a disaster this film was. Rajasekhar tasted another disaster in the form of Kalki.

Karthikeya tested his luck with Guna 369, 90 ML, Gang Leader and all the films bombed at the box office. Prabhas' Saaho turned out to be the biggest disaster in Tollywood. The film left distributors in huge losses of over Rs 50crs.

Gopichand's Chanakya, Omkar's Rajugari Gadi 3, Sundeep Kishan's Tenali Rama Krishna, Ram Gopal Varma's Amma Rajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu, Balakrishna's Ruler turned out to be disasters leaving distributors in huge losses.
