Why Chaitu Shelved These 2 Projects?

Naga Chaitanya after his entry with Josh starred in many films. Among them, few of them turned out to be hits while others turned out to be disasters. Chaitu is on a high as his recent film Majili with his wife Samantha turned out to be a super hit. He is now currently busy shooting for his upcoming entertainer Venky Mama in which he is sharing screen presence with his uncle Victory Venkatesh.

Apart from it, Chaitu is romancing Sai Pallavi under the direction of Sekhar Kammula. In the meantime, many are wondering why Chaitu shelved those two films. Srinivas Reddy who came with films like Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila, Damarukam tried a lot to do a film with Chaitu.

Nagarjuna after Dhamrukam got impressed and told Srinivas Reddy to work with Chaitu. Srinivas Reddy worked hard for ten months and readied a script. But for some reason, the project did not take off. Srinivas Reddy revealed later he started Durga with Naga Chaitanya but even that did not turn into a reality. Wonder why Chaitu shelved these two projects.
