Grand promotions before the release was one of the major reasons for Vijay Devarakonda’s Arjun Reddy turned out to be a sensational hit. The entire unit including hero Vijay Devarakonda, heroine Shalini Pandey and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga visited various colleges to promote their film as a youthful entertainer. They got excellent reception everywhere.

Likewise, makers of Arjun Reddy’s Tamil remake Adithya Varma are following the same strategy by visiting colleges in Chennai and other places to promote their film that marks debut of Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram as hero. What’s more they are releasing romantic teasers to charm youth.

As is known, director Bala was opted out of the project even after complete shoot was wrapped up as producers were not pleased with the final outcome. Then, Sandeep Reddy’s protégé Gireesaaya was roped in to direct the Tamil version. Along with Dhruv, Vikram is also taking part in few promotional activities.
