Sye Raa Not A Straight Film For Them, So!

Close on the heels of Young Rebel Star Prabhas' Saaho, Mega Star Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy too is wading into the troubled waters of Bollywood.

As is known, Chiranjeevi's patriotic entertainer Sye Raa, a biopic on freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is releasing on October 2nd, on Gandhi Jayanthi.

Already the film's teaser is getting good response from various quarters across the country and the presence of Big B Amitabh Bachchan is generating interest on Sye Raa in Bollywood.

It became a news when Farhan Akthar acquired the Hindi version rights for a whopping amount. But inside talk is Sye Raa makers are experiencing Bollywood scares. This is because on the same day, Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff's action entertainer War is hitting the screens.

Everyone is aware that when movie lovers have to choose between the dubbing film and a straight one, they prefer the later. In this case it is Sye Raa and this may impact the film's Hindi version collections.

Apparently, that is the reason why Chiranjeevi decided to start his film promotions in Mumbai and he plans to promote the film in even bigger manner to compete with Hrithik Roshan's War.

Sources say Chiranjeevi is planning to convince Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth to promote Sye Raa together sharing the dais. If these two come in support to promote Sye Raa, then it will be big boon for the film in Tamil Nadu and in North.
