Comedian cum character artist Uttej shared screen presence with many top stars in Tollywood. He with interest in films started his career as an assistant director under Ram Gopal Varma for Shiva and then worked even as a dialogue writer.

Meanwhile, he shared the secrets of Young Tiger NTR and Stylish Star Allu Arjun. Speaking about stars remuneration, he said, “I’m not saying this because I’m an actor but all actors should take remuneration. Be it Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, NTR and Pawan Kalyan all may take crores as they work hard for the films enacting huge risks, showing six packs and daring in the scorching Sun for high voltage action scenes."

On the heroes troubles, he said, “Most of the time while doing dances, lip sync will not happen with dance movement and vice versa and it will be done till perfection. At time stars dance without shirt under scorching sun and they face lot of problem and this result in a gap in the shooting schedule."

About Allu Arjun, he said, “Frankly speaking all heroes work hard. Bunny transformed himself from his first film Gangotri till his last film Naa Peru surya. Many get doubts whether he is the Gangotri hero."

He added, "Mahesh Babu too works hard and created a niche for himself. Same is the case with Nani whose acting will be realistic. Raviteja always look like boy next door and Ram Charan inherited the professionalism from his father Chiranjeevi and also brought the actor inside him."

About NTR, Uttej said, "I see an artist in NTR. Actor and artist are different. Stardom and professional actor will be there and soul. I wonder whether Sr NTR's soul is present in Jr NTR. This is because his involvement as a dancer, fighter and scenes is immense. He gives the output which the director looks for. He has tremendous memory and I like NTR for that."
