Unexpected Shock to 2.0 in China

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and top director Shankar's combo film 2.0 turned as a disaster in Telugu states and Tamil Nadu. However, overall collections of the film are impressive as the film stood a runaway hit in North India. 

In the meanwhile, 2.0 makers had a tie up with noted distribution house from China HY Media to get the film released on July 12 in 60000 screens across China. 

However, here comes a huge and unexpected shocker to film's team. HY Media has dropped its idea to release the film on scheduled release date as Hollywood film 'Lion King' will be releasing in the same season in China. Moreover, HY Media incurred heavy losses with Bollywood films like Padman. As such they have decided not to risk with Indian films at this moment. 

Team 2.0 needs to collaborate another distribution agency in China for 2.0's release.
