Super Star Mahesh Babu's upcoming entertainer Maharshi directed by Vamsi Paidipally is in the last leg of production. Except for couple of songs, entire shoot will be wrapped up by March 15th. Post production works are also happening in full swing.
Recently Mahesh's fans got extremely disappointed with the rumors of the film would be postponed to May. Reports also came that the film is in a reshoot mode. In the midst of all this, the makers did a U turn and announced that there is no change in the release date and the film will release as scheduled on 25th April.
Now many are wondering the reason behind these developments. Mahesh Babu is said to have experienced sentiment scares on hearing the postponement of his film to May. This because Mahesh scored super hits when his films released in April and they include Bharat Ane Nenu, Yuva Raju, Pokiri to name a few but his films which released in May bombed at the box office. They included films like Brahmotsavam.
So Mahesh insisted that Maharshi should release at any cost in the month of April.
