Found ANR, Where Is NTR?

Ever since Mahanati, the biopic on legendary actress Savitri has been announced, there is superb excitement on who will reprise the characters of NTR and ANR. In fact, the names of Junior NTR and Naga Chaitanya floated for a while in random speculations but this isn’t possible. 

Latest buzz says, young hero Vijay Devarakonda after starring in films like Nuvvila, Life is Beautiful who attracted all of us with Yevade Subrahmanyam then shot to immense fame with Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy has joined Mahanati.  

The same buzz says Vijay is playing an important and crucial role of legend Nata Samrat Akkineni Nageswara Rao. Film’s shooting is progressing at brisk pace under the direction of Nag Ashwin. Makers are canning key scenes on lead actors in the backdrop of extravagant sets erected in RFC, Hyderabad bringing back the memories of the olden days. 

Keerthy Suresh, Dulqer Salman, Samantha, Prakash Raj, Rajendra Prasad, Mohan Babu, Krish, Tharun Bhaskar are playing other important roles which shows Savitri's astronomical rise to stardom and her fall from grace. All in all, Mahanati will be a celebration of Savitri’s life. However, the excitement among Nandamuri admirers continues about the NTR role.
