Charan, Mahesh Fighting For This Script!

Mutual exchange of hit scripts between Tollywood and Kollywood is a regular scenario. In fact, tastes of all Southern Indian regional audience have commonality towards mass, action entertainers which is ruled by one or two successful commercial formulae. For the moment, rugged action cop stories are most suitable for young star heroes and every producer, director are running behind such scripts.

The recent Kollywood blockbuster ‘Thani Oruvan’ has kept our Telugu star heroes Mahesh Babu and Ramcharan on war front to bag the remake rights. Director Mohan Raja is planning to land in Hyderabad in couple of days to meet both Mahesh Babu and Ramcharan. Although, there are rumors on Mahesh already enjoyed a special screening of ‘Thani Oruvan’ couple of days ago is yet to give his nod. He is thoroughly impressed by hero Jayam Ravi as IPS Officer.

As Mohan Raja is ready to direct Telugu remake, he is stepping into talks with few of the well reputed producers in Hyderabad to finalize the deal. If Mahesh and Ramcharan are to enter into competitive zone, it would be interesting to find who runs away with the final opportunity because a commercial script approved by Tamil audience will have high probability to strike gold even in Telugu states.
