Mega brother Nagababu's son, Varun Tej has reportedly been injured on the sets of his debut movie. The actor was sustained with a minor fracture on his leg while he was participating in an action sequence at Alleppey He was rushed to the hospital and had first aid. As the injury was a minor one, Varun Tej is likely to participate in the shoot soon. Wish, he gets well soon.
