Why Big Demand to Mahesh Films for Remakes?

Prince Mahesh Babu's industry hit 'Pokiri' was remade in Hindi as 'Wanted' and got super hit result. Also the movie was remade in Tamil as 'Pokkiri' and proved to be the biggest blockbuster there. His blockbuster film 'Okkadu' is being remade as 'Tevar' in Hindi which is starred by Arjun Kapoor. Mahesh's another blockbuster 'Dookudu' is also expected to be remade in Hindi. Ajay Devgan, has earlier shown interest doing this movie. 

But then, why this big demand for Mahesh's movies to be remade in other languages? According to the analysts,Mahesh's blockbuster films are not only having heroism in them, but also having great directorial skills and other technical factors involved in them. In short, most of Mahesh's films are the collective efforts of cast and crew apart from heroism of Mahesh Babu. Subsequently, heroes from other film industries show interest to remake Mahesh's hit films.
