Only '1' n 'Yevadu' Clash Bring Festive Mood!

Pongal is one of the most auspicious occasions for Indians and especially for Telugus. It is a harvest festival and all the farmers celebrate the festival in a joyful mood. On the other hand, many people go on participating different competitions. Whether it may be a cockfight, or kites fight or 'Gundata' seen in villages, there must be a winner and a loser in the game. Similarly, two to three big movies also get released for every Pongal season. Most of the times, the Pongal cup is held by the blockbuster movie while the flop movie accepts its defeat. However, in some of the instances, two to three movies share their successes jointly and equally.

Meanwhile, Prince Mahesh Babu's '1-Nenokkadine' movie's release was confirmed as 10th January, 2014 some time ago. In contrast, Mega Power Star Ram Charan's 'Yevadu's release has been in doldrums for some months. Although the makers announced the release date of the movie as 19 December, yet, there is no clarity on the release of the movie., due to possible political unrest in the state. Meanwhile, some of the observers believe that the releases of '1' and 'Yevadu' for Pongal season, will bring real festive mood among the people of AP.But then, it is interesting to see whether the clash between these two movies for Pongal happens or not. If it does, hope, both the movies will emerge as winners at the box office.
