Nag Ashwin shares Kalki 2898 AD missing 2000crs

Nag Ashwin who captured the imagination of all with his film Mahanati, came up with the sci fi entertainer Kalki 2898AD. The film starred Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan,Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani in key roles.

The film mesmerised movie lovers with the visual effects and the way Nag Ashwin blended Mahabharat incidents with the futuristic world. The film grossed over Rs 1200crs at the box office. The movie lovers are waiting eagerly for the film's second part to unravel the mysteries that were left unanswered in the first part.

In the meantime, Nag Ashwin speaking to scribes, shared that Kalki 2898 Ad missed Rs 2000crs at the box office. He said had he cast Mahesh Babu in the role of Lord Krishna instead of using the shadow, the film would have collected more. He added that if he thinks of Lord Krishna in full length role in the second part,he will cast Mahesh Babu as Lord Krishna. Fans of Mahesh Babu are super excited with these comments.
