Puri Jagannadh to direct Chiranjeevi

Mega Star Chiranjeevi's grand return to the silverscreen was supposed to happen under the direction of Puri Jagannath. But it did not happen as Chiranjeevi did not like the half baked story of Puri Jagannath. Thus Puri Jagannath lost the golden chance to direct Chiranjeevi's milestone film. VV.Vinayak directed Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No 150.

From then on Puri Jagannath had been waiting for Chiranjeevi. Puri narrated Auto Jani story to Chiranjeevi and Chiranjeevi suggested changes in the second half though he loved the first half. Till now Puri is unable to comple the second half changes. In the meantime, Chiranjeevi did many films and Puri also did a small role in Chiranjeevi's God Father.

This proved that the relations between Chiru and Puri are good and inside talk is now Puri is planning to take Auto Jani forward. He is now making changes in the second half and started working ont he same. Puri was supposed to do a project with Macho Star Gopichand. The story for the project is ready but it will take another two months to go to sets.

In the midst of all this, Puri decided to concentrate on working on the changes in the second half of Auto Jaani. Puri Jagannath's dream is to direct Chiranjeevi and he already announced that if not 150, he will direct Chiranjeevi's 160th.
