More flavors getting added in Mithai. It is known that Ravi Teja's film "Eagle," released in February, led to another film being assigned to director Karthik Ghattamane by People's Media Factory while still in production. Some parts of "Eagle" were filmed before November last year. The rumored title for the new project is "Mirai," although it has not been officially confirmed yet.

Initially, Teja Sajja and Dulquer Salmaan were considered for the lead roles, with Manchu Manoj cast as the villain, in what was supposed to be a high-octane action entertainer. However, after the sensational response to "Hanuman," the script underwent changes. There is a growing demand for Teja Sajja's films, with increased interest in acquiring Pan-India rights, including the Hindi market.

This change in dynamics has prompted a reassessment of Ravi Teja's upcoming projects. There are talks of making some adjustments to the script of "Mirai" to enhance Teja's role and make necessary changes accordingly. As a result, filming is scheduled to take a break and resume around April or May. Additionally, Dulquer Salmaan, who is also working on "Balakrishna 109," plans to allocate his dates to both projects to complete filming by summer.

The outcome of "Eagle" may have served as a wake-up call for Karthik Ghattamane, alerting him to the fact that action sequences and high-energy scenes alone may not suffice. He realized the importance of incorporating proper emotional depth to resonate with the audience, hence the caution in ensuring "Mirai" avoids such pitfalls. Teja Sajja is keen on exploring diverse roles, steering clear of commercial stereotypes. With doubts lingering about the length of "Mirai," the team is taking a cautious approach to future storytelling, particularly in light of Teja Sajja's evolving interests and preferences.
