TDP MLAs not quitting?

The  Telugu Desam Party MLAs were a confused lot after meeting their leader N.Chandrababu Naidu at his residence here on Monday morning.

During the meeting, which continued for nearly an hour, the Tdp chief advised the party legislators from Telangana  region not to fall into the trap of Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief by  submitting their resignations. He asked them to take a decision after the Congress leaders submit their resignations.

``If it is only the Tdp and TRS  MLAs, who are submitting their resignations, then  the Speaker  might readily accept them and the Opposition in the state will further be weakened,’’ Chandrababu added.

The leaders of all political parties Joint Action Committee were shocked to know that the Tdp MLAs  refused  to  tender their resignations.
