‘Sakshi’ office under CID attack.

‘Sakshi TV’ office has been attacked by CID Police on the issue of telecasting malicious and speculative hypothesis based on a report from E-Magazine ‘The Exiled’ which provoked the violence in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

As expected earlier about possible legal action on Sakshi and NTv after the yesterdays arrests of TV5 editors Brahmananda Reddy and Venkata Krishna. CID has continuously questioned ‘Sakshi’ CEO Ram and Editor in charge on the telecast of yesterday’s story on YSR death.

CID has even capsized few hard diskettes from Sakshi office which is known to be consisting of useful information for further investigation of the case. Journalists and Sakshi TV staff have continuously raised slogans against attacking the ‘Freedom of Media’ in the name of investigations and over action by Police.
